Jane Thorne
President
Jane Thorne has over 30 years of experience in the real estate and property management industry. She has been with FirstService Residential BC since 1979. Jane holds the designation of a Certified General Accountant and is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia. She serves in the Strata Management Advisory Committee for the Real Estate Council of British Columbia and previously served as the Vice President of the Board with the British Columbia Apartment Owners and Managers Association and the Education Chair of the Strata Property Agents of British Columbia.

Les Porter
Executive Vice President
Les Porter has over 32 years of experience in the property management and development industry and has been with FirstService Residential BC since 1988. Les is responsible for all marketing and operational aspects of the company. He is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia and is a member of the Urban Development Institute.

Wendy Shum
Vice President, Finance
Wendy Shum has over 15 years of experience in the property management and public practice industry.  Wendy is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and the business and technological systems of the company as well as all aspects of the accounting department. She holds the designation of a Certified General Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Scott Douglas
Vice President, Strata Operations
Scott has over 15 years of senior managerial experience in high-growth entrepreneurial companies in the service and manufacturing sectors. He possesses a unique distinctive balance between managerial, financial, and operational ability. As a results-oriented manager, he has led organizations in achieving accolades including Canada’s 50 Best, BC’s Top Employers, and several ISO:9001 installations. Scott is responsible for the operation aspects of the company's Strata Division. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration, a diploma in Technology, and completed his studies with the Society of Management Accountants of British Columbia.

Judith Harris
General Manager, Investment Properties
Judith Harris has over 20 years of local real estate experience in all areas of property management, leasing and asset management. Judith is responsible for the company’s rental, commercial, and asset management departments overseeing over 4 million square feet of income producing properties. She is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia as an Associate Broker, a Trading, Rental and Strata Representative.

Ram Atwal
Manager, Human Resources
Ram Atwal joins our team with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with the last 8 years focusing on the Human Resources sector. Upon completion of her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 2004, Ram also completed her Post Baccalaureate in Human Resources Management in 2009. She is currently a member of the BC Human Resources Management Association and in her role manages all aspects of human resources policies and administration, benefits administration, corporate events, health and safety, recruitment and acts as the Privacy Officer for all corporate matters.

Gerry McRobert 
Regional Director, Strata

Gerry has over 24 years of experience in management in various industries. Gerry is responsible for supervision and training of his team of strata managers as well as retention of a portfolio of accounts. He is currently pursuing his Real Property Administration (RPA) designation through IREM, and holds a Marketing Management – Real Estate diploma from BCIT. Gerry is a licensed Strata Representative under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia.

Sean Ingraham 
Director, New Projects

Sean Ingraham has over 10 years experience in management and customer service. Sean is responsible for assisting the Executive Vice President with marketing activities and developer relations. He has a University degree in Business Administration and is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia as a Strata Representative.

Cynthia Tabora
Director, Financial Management

Cynthia Tabora has over 10 years of experience in the strata, residential and commercial rental property management.  Cynthia is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting department.  She holds the designation of a Certified General Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
